A star-studded journey
A 1997 graduate of the Thonon-les-Bains Hotel School, Chef Jacky Benand honed his expertise in prestigious establishments such as "La Pyramide" in Vienne (two Michelin stars) and "Les Alpes" in Orsières (one Michelin star).
In 2005, he took over the restaurant "Le Clos Savoyard" in La Chapelle-d'Abondance, which he ran for 11 years. In December 2016, a new adventure began with the creation of "L'Atelier de Jacky," where he fully expresses his passion for cuisine.
